Pho is a homemade, spiced beef broth simmered for many hours over low heat. Our pho includes steaming hot broth, rice noodles, cilantro, onions, and scallions, plus the meats of your choice. We also serve up a garnish plate on the side with beautiful Thai basil, bean sprouts, lime, and peppers. You can add these garnishes and even stir in some sauces if you like to change the flavor of your pho.
Bánh Mì Sandwich
With brisket, pork, chicken, meatballs, or red bell peppers: $9.35
We start with a Vietnamese-style baguette from Staunton’s world-class Newtown Baking.
We add sliced meats and homemade sauce, then bake the sandwich right when you order it. Next come homemade pickled vegetables, cucumbers, mint, cilantro, and peppers. It’s been called “the best brisket sandwich for a thousand miles in any direction.”
With pork or just vegetables
Chilled Vietnamese rice noodles over local lettuce, topped with cilantro, carrots, cucumber, mint, and our delicious house-made dressing.
Fresh Summer Rolls (2)

These full-sized rolls are made with rice paper, Thai basil, carrots, cucumber, rice noodles, a light pepper sauce, local lettuce, and mint.
We have Coke, Diet Coke, coconut water, and many other options.
Thai Basil Limeade
Freshly squeezed limes, cane sugar, and thai basil, mixed with purified water and poured over ice. Garnished with basil and lime.
Bottled beer (on premises only):
Cider, lager, pale ale, amber, or IPA. All local craft brews.
Pot of tea:
Loose-leaf tea from The Republic of Tea and Adagio Teas. Options include black, jasmine, or several types of herbal teas (just ask). Serves two to four.
